Citrus, citrus, citrus
Centennial is a super citrussy and refreshijg hop. We used it in the whirpool and dryhop, with a small addition of Azacca to help it along.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Wine Cellar, Dalston. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet, fairly dry and pithy, some lemon peel, grapefruit, light liberality. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with light flinty dryness, more pithy lemon and grapefruit. Decent.

Keg at Boxcar Brewery and Taproom, 1/3 pint shared with Finn. Clingy lacing from a fading white head, hazy pale golden body. Fresh taste of citrus, soft. Citrus flavours as well together with pineapple, on a backbone of wheat. Refreshing hop fruity ending, piney bitterness to it. Decent thirst quencher. (London 17.11.2021).

Can. Hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lavender, pine and blueberry. Flavour of pineapple, minerals and grass. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Light fizz. I loved this; it showcases the Centennial hop beautifully.

Delt med Rune. Lys appelsinfarget. Filmskum. Uklar. God sitrus/ananasaroma. Smaken tørket tropisk frukt. Tørr fruktig avslutning.
