bottiglia 33 cl, 5,6 % vol, schima beige fine media persistenza, colore ambrato carico torbido, al naso buon agrumi zucchero canna lieve solvente, in bocca agrumi malto tostato caramello zucchero di canna, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. Bottiglia. Il naso trova indizi di orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato si depositano impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

Optisch präsentiert sich dunkles Bernstein mit leichtem Einschlag von Kupfer und Bronze. Eine leichte Trübung lässt sich ebenso wahrnehmen. Die weiße, beinahe cremige Schaumkrone gibt sich cremig-flaumig, fällt relativ rasch auf ca. 1 cm zusammen, hält dann aber gut. Die Duftaromatik kommt karamellig-malzig, aber auch leicht säuerlich-fruchtig-herb und erinnert an rote Beeren. Der Antrunk kommt ebenfalls leicht karamellig-malzig und säuerlich-fruchtig-herb, wobei es schon leicht adstringierend wirkt. Im Mittelteil hat man es, wie erwartet, mit einem karamelligen Malzkörper zu tun. Bestimmend aber sind die fruchtigen, beerigen und herben Noten, die an eine Mischung aus Goji, Cranberry, Ribisel und Aronia erinnern. Dazu gesellt sich eine leicht herbe Würze, die das Gesamtbild gut abrundet. Auch wenn einen die Aromatik nicht gänzlich mitreißt, Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit vielleicht nur als mäßig gut zu bezeichnen sind, so zeigt sich doch eine gewisse Tiefe und Komplexität in diesem Bier. Im Nachtrunk fallen die malzigen und fruchtigen Noten rasch ab und es macht sich eine würzige und trockene Hopfenaromatik breit.

Klare rötlich bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, etwas säuerlich fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig mit Karamell, wiederum leicht säuerlich fruchtig, schwach hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Hazy amber. Aroma is banana phenols hazelnut melasses a hint of hibiscus. Taste is yeasty bitter with light hazelnut. Finish has more yeast and hibiscus. Alright.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is grainy, grassy, floral and mild fruity. JPours hazy brown amber color with quickly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly, grainy and floral, following is faint dried fruity, earthy and medicinal, while finish is moderate grassy bitter. Light to medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Pretty average one…
