Bottle. Amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Pumpkin pie spice aroma with sweet malt. Pumpkin pie flavor. Medium bodied. Sweet malt and pumpkin pie lingers.

Bottled. Clear orange, no head. Aroma of pumpkin and nutmeg. Sweet, full bodied with clean rounded mouthfeel. Dominated by pumpkin and spices. Warming and somewhat caramelly with peculiar, bitterish finish of carrot and pumpkin

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours with a clear amber body and an off-white head. Aroma of strong nutmeg, cinnamon, CO2 and Plastic. Taste is spice, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel. Medium bubbles. Good for a Shipyard product (have not had much success in the past)

Pours deep ambere into a snifter. Off-white soda-like head. Nutmeg and clove aromas. Sweet with nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin. Slight alcohol burn in the finish.

Pint glass on tap at the Oldsmar Tap House. Pours brilliant clear copper with lasting tan head. The aroma is full and I can smell it with little effort from a foot away. Closer inspection reveals lots of cinnamon, some nutmeg, and then thick spicy out of the can pumpkin and graham cracker. The taste begins with sweetness quickly running into cinnamon, nutmeg and whatever other wintery pumpkin spices there might be. Midway the pumpkin drops out a bit leaving spices and cherry candy to overtake the flavor. Overall seems pretty spicy and bright. It could be a bit smoother. The ABV may get in the way for some.

Deep ruby-tinted copper coloured body with a very thin tan head. Aroma of super glue, alcohol, spice, grain and more astringent adherent material - wierd. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong malty and earthy flavours with super glue tastes running throughout - an odd grassy and woodsy finish with some pumpkin and light spices at the trailing edge. Aftertaste shows bitter nuts, malt and that glue taste still resident. Overall, not such a great beer - this one definitely has something odd with it, the flavours don’t come out much and they aren’t refined at all. I’d easily pass on this one if I had the chance again, but this bottle will last quite a while. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Liquor Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 03-October-2009 sampled at home in Washington DC on 22-October-2009.

pours copper, thin white head. Aroma of pumpkin, bready nose, lots of nutmeg. Flavor, pumpkin is amazing, plenty of malts, wheat some caramel malts, nutmeg very forward and add a good dimension to the beer. Finish seemed to have a light citrus hops touch, overall medium carbonation, possibly too carbonated. Tasty pumpkin seasonal beer!

Aroma: The nose is sugary pumpkin (it has that artificial pumpkin scent you get from a pumpkin flavored coffee drink), some people don't like the sugary sweet pumpk flavor, but I have to admit I do. I also get quite a bit of vanilla. Behind the sweetness there is a nice spiciness and a bit of hops to round out the nose.
Appearance: A nice looking orange-gold color with a small white head and lots of carbonation in the glass.
Flavor: The flavor is pretty much what you would have guessed from the nose, sweet pumpkin and spice with a mild hop backing and a decently long flavor duration.
Palate: The spice gives this one a nice mouthfeel. Combined with a decent amount of body, and a mild alcohol hit, this beer has a pretty solid palate.
Overall Impression: Pretty dull if you drink it too cold, this one really needs to warm as directed on the label. I made that mistake at first, and I was disappointed with my first whiff/sip, but once I READ (yup, I know, reading is fundamental) I realized why I wasn't enjoying it. In all seriousness, don't even bother drinking this one unless it is at the proper temperature. After I let it warm it turned out to be a really nice beer, and since I'm a sucker for a nice pumpkin spice beer I enjoyed this one quite a bit.

Light pumpkin aroma. Almost flavor. Cinnamon and nutmeg, in the flavor an aroma. Lots of cinnamon in the flavor especially. OK.
