Nur dezente Karamelsüße, schöne Malztiefe, ein Hauch von Vanille. Angenehm mineralisches Mundgefühl von leichter Härte, untypisch für ein Märzen aber auf seine Weise überzeugend. Im Abgang satte herbale und orangenfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Kerniges Märzen mit plastischem Malzkörper und unverkennbar fränkischer Hopfung. Klasse! (28.11.2023.)

Tap at HopDog. Clear amber brown. Fresh, crisp, malty sweet, summer. Taste is crunchy bitter sweet. Nice. Drinkable.

--Bottled, from Die Bierothek.-- Clear golden, rich firm head. Floral, grassy nose with mild malt notes. Dryish with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Cushiony,soft yet firm malt. Mild floral hops. Low bitterness. Very harmonious and pleasant.

Bottle in the garden, 26th June 22. pours a clear caramel colour. Aroma is malts, caramel, yeast. Taste is sweet, malty, some caramel and yeast notes, floral, candied fruits, quite pleasant

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of grains, hay and bread. Taste is more of the same, a touch herbal with a fair amount of peppery spice and some earthy bitter hop on the finish. Medium body, a fair amount of carbonation on the palate and slightly oily mouthfeel. it’s ok but does seem a bit harsh with the bitterness on the finish. Would not buy again.

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM Am attractive clear golden orange coloured pour with a sizeable sticky white head. Aroma is earthy bready grains, nutty, , leafy hops, earthy hop, some grass. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready, nuitty, authentic grains, rustic, spicy hop, grass, Real nice authenitc lager.
