Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours crystal clear honeyed gold with a lovely, frothy off-white head. Light to medium sweet with classic toasted biscuit character, nips of honey and caramel, a little dough, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweetish finish, nicely balanced, more bready, sun-kissed biscuits. Delightful.

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Miro B and Miro. Dark golden with medium white head. Malty, soapy, bit herbal, sweetish with light bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

On tap at HopDog, München, Thursday 8th October 2020. Pours clear gold/amber, white head, nice lager bite, malt, grassy hops, slow dry finish, soft mouthfeel. Very good, really good beer.

ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, sweet malt, pale malt, light caramel, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, malty, straw like, sweet malt, rich, sugary malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20200729]

500ml Bottle - Golden/very light amber with a white head. Malty aroma with notes of rye bread, caramel and sultanas. Malty taste with a moderate sweetness and notes of cherries, sultanas, bread and toffee. Nicely balanced.

Peach and butter aroma. Buttery flavor, full bodied. Malt aroma with a soft bitterness, especially in the aftertaste. Just a hint of banana. I don’t like the aroma, but it still is a fairly well made and tasty beer.

Many thanks for this Traditional Franken beer to Mariusz. Bardzo dobre, gdyby tak wszystkie festiwalowe piwa smakowaly to bylo by cos. Tresciwe, smaczne, optymalnie nagazowane, piekna i trwala stojaca dlugo piana. Frankonia pelna geba i to z usmiechem.

Bottle. Orange amber, offwhite Brussels lace. Rubbery malt aroma. Strong grassy herbal hops, a hint bandaid, berries. Medium light body, chewy. Grassy herbal finish. Mhh not so great, one to rerate next year.
