Draught@Brewpub. Rubyish amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, earth, mild yeast and some notes of wood. Flavour is quite similar with some slight leathery notes as weell.

Draught (Brewpub, Copenhagen) - Brown with red tinges. Roasted aroma with raisins and caramel. Roasted and fruity taste with raisins, berries and blackcurrant.

On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It’s a slightly hazy brown beer with a minimal sized off-white head. Peat, bread-crusts and some fruits on the nose. The flavor is bready with peat notes, rather roasted, with some hoppy fruityness. Sweetish on the palate, yet a bit thin. Bready finish that lasts, and with some fruity hops. An easy drinkable beer, but nothing more than that. (090517)

Small glass from tap, paired with a Veggie Burger. Black brown-tinged. Plain smell of black malts. Blended, mid-sweet flavour of malts where hints of caramel, chocolate and grain can be spotted. Quite alright, but not the right choice to the food (BrewPub, Copenhagen 18.05.2009).

On tap. Poured a brown with a lighter brown head. Aroma had sweet notes and malts. Flavor is malty with sweet chocolate notes, perhaps even a bit of fruit.

(Draught at the brewpub, 13 Feb 2009) Ruby red colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with caramel, wild berries, dark fruit and hints of cranberries. Malty, bready taste with notes of caramel, dark fruit, wild berries and a balanced bittersweet finish. Solid malt but possibly a bit modest in the hops department.

Dark brown with a small, but lasting creamy off-white head. Aromas of toffee, butterscotch, wood and a hint of herbs. Sweet flavour with notes of smoke and a touch of soft bitterness.
