Bottled. A chestnut brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, nuts, malt, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of prunes, caramel, nuts, malt, and wood, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Draught at KØ18. Mild malt syrup aroma. Muddy brown colour. No head. The flavour is fairly dry for the style with a decently warming alcohol note. A bit boozy, though. 636312

Bottle, 11%. Very bready aroma with a whiff of alcohol. Very cloudy red brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is sweet, caramelly and bready with a biting bitterness. Caramelly finish. Good maltiness, but a bit bitterer than I prefer.

Bottle. Pours hazy tea amber with airy off-white head. Rough aroma of dust, BW yeast and caramel malt, with touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, BW yeast and bread, with bitter, hoppy and roasty notes. Caramellish and roasty aftertaste with estery hints. Decent. Well-balanced and satiating.
