Served in stein. Aroma is light herbs and dried grass lavender maybe. A little baguette bready malt. Taste is rather sweet but very well balanced with carbonation and the light herbal hops. Very drinkable. Very smooth. Nice finish of sweeter bonbon. Quite fresh. Absolutely flawless.

Tap at lieberth keller, ceramic mug so I can't actually see it. Persistent white head. Aroma is malty and bready with biscuits and caramel, average carbonation medium body smooth malty finish. Taste sweet with light grassy hops. Ok keller.

Gravity at the Lieberth Keller. Malty nose, biscuits, bready, herbal hops, light fruit. Lovely biscuity malt flavor, light esters, somewhat worty and doughy so I suppose it has been slightly rushed do to Keller season. Amazingly well balanced, though, no edges, and a nice bitter finish. Wonderfully soft and sueffig. Not quite perfect, but great.

(privately tapped at the brewpub) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and firm foamy head. Slightly yeasty malty aroma with notes of cereals, white bread, as well as a good dash of citric and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Delicately doughy malty taste with notes of bread, cereals and a good herbal and subtle fruity hoppy bite; lingering hop-spicy and mildly sweet malty finish. Extremely balanced and more-ish brew, cries out for more. 25.XI.17

Tap at Lieberth from a freshly tapped Keg, in a very generous action of Mister Alfred Lieberth outside the opening hours, 2017-11-25. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is super juicy hops, Fruchtgummi, bready, cereals, amazingly fresh and fruity. Taste is juicy Fruchtgummi, bready malts, more cereals, a touch mineralic, a touch earthy and grassy, but mostly just super juicy fresh Franconian Fruchtgummi. Super silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Absolutely stellar and unspeakably tasty, this can compete with Witzgall in its best condition. One of the most memorable beer moments of my entire life.Tap at the Lieberth-Keller am Kreuzberg, 2018-06-03. More rustic, less well-lagered, but somehow fits the season better than the god juice we had back in November. An incredibly great Bier that blows me away every time.

Gravity firkin @FrankenBierFest (Rome). Pours golden with a medium white head. Aroma of bread crust, hay, corn, milk bread, amazing! Flavour is perfectly balanced, medium malty with a perfect bitter end, so gentle, refined and drinkable. Medium rounded body, medium carbonation. Great!!!
