Two at Hopdog, 22nd June 2022. Pours a fairly clear orange. Aroma is dough, grains and bread, fresh grass, hay, straw. Taste has huge depth and complexity, fresh grass, hay, aromatic, grains, bitter and almost a slight sourdoughs. Texture and mouth feel is oily and full. Outstanding.

Tap. Pours golden brown. Sligthly grassy hay. Tastes malty sweet, but enough bitterness to make it nicely drinkable.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner. A bit hazy dark golden with a white head. Grass, bread, grain and some hops.

Clear golden with a large white head. Aroma had floral hops, fresh pale malt, citric and biscuit notes. Over the palate came floral hops, lemons, biscuits and a lingering bitter finish. Excellent!

Growler from the Waischenfeld Rewe. (Located in back, in the walk-in fridge.) Amber with a frothy, white head. Aroma: lemons, straw, mixed grains. Taste is grassy bitter, lightly herbal. Finishes much the same with just a hint of caramel. Medium bodied, clean, fresh. Tasty.

Freshly tapped at Macche. Surprised by this one. Lightly hazy golden orange with a big head. Malty, biscuity nose, light herbal hops. Malty and sweet, bread and biscuits, a tiny bit of diacetyl, plus lemon, pepper, herbal hops. super smooth and rich, hops a bit lacking. Good stuff, obviously not in perfect condition but still damn good.

0,5l from tap at Restaurant Joebstel, Waischenfeld. Amber light hazy color, small white head. Smells earthy, breadish, spices, very nice smell. Full body, very soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes breadish, earthy, spices, tobacco, lightly grassy, very light caramel. Finishes lightly dry with notes of bread, spices and light tobacco notes. Very nice one, very smooth and easy to drink, lovely beer
