Bottle shared by ? at RBSG; Nose was yeasty caramel, light grassy hops, and a toffe note; light amber with a medium beige head;flavor was slightly sweet caramel with a small bitter note; finishes lightly bitter.

Bottled (4.6% Beckn Bier Vollbier). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is wood and some herbal notes with mild maltyness and slight hints of grass. Flavour is wooden, quite grassy and bready malts with a grassy hoppy finish.

Bottle: Amber coloured, lively carbonation, stable fluffy head; sweet malt, roast malt, honey and fresh aromatic hops in the aroma; sweet (malty) and distinctive bitter flavour, rather fizzy mouthfeel; well balanced, first malty sweet, later dry bitter hoppy finish. A very tasty brew !

Herb und leicht malzig im Natrunk, im Mittelteil wird es wässrig. Im Nachgeschmack leicht getreidig und bitter. Kein Knaller. Test vom 30.3.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,7,8,6,7,7 - 7,50
