On tap at the brewery. Clear mid brown colour lasting beige head. Aroma of the apricot and pear on the aroma . Then in the flavour it’s got an unexpected maple syrup flavour with some sweet biscuit. Decent but the maple syrup is ok but sweetish.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, light roasty. Light earthy notes. Some dry-spicy notes. Finish could be more balanced. Still okay.

Mild herber Antrunk, angenehme Malzigkeit. Aufkommende Karamellnoten, spritzig, Herren, etwas nussig. Die Karamellnoten steigen, würzig, gut. 12/12/12/12//12

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Caramel-malty and slightly nutty aroma with citrus-fruity and slightly floral hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty and slightly toasty character with an aromatic noble hoppy blend; quite dry and moderately bitter finish. Moreish Franconian Landbier. 02.V.10

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, as well as light notes of bread, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
