Sample from bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2013. Golden colour, moderate white head. Strong sweetish "perfumed" aroma, notes of marzipan and artificial candy. Sweet and floral flavour, candy notes but not unpleasant, moderate hops in the finish. At least it is unusual ...

Draught at the brewpub. Weak malty aroma, spicy and sourish hint. Clear dark golden colour. Small tight white head. The flavour is quite spicy, lots of clove. Also quite sweet, but balanced by a distinct alcohol note. The bitterness is quite distinct as well, and a bit rough. 6 3 6 3 15

Bottle, 8.3%. Yeasty and coriandery aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is also yeasty and coriandery. Good maltiness and warming alcohol, but there is a little burnt plastic note as well. A good dried fruit note helps a bit with the plastic, though. 7 3 6 3 15

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color, creamy head. It has a real Belgian aroma, and even more flavor, result of a good yeast; very spicy; good body strength, and well bitter. A good one.
