Bottle consumed 1/25/25. Aged mostly refrigerated. Still well carbonated. Some oxidation immediately bit overall it still smells good. Hops are now minimal. Smooth, heavy palate, chocolate. Roasted malt. It has held up amazingly well

Dark blacl body medium foamy brown head. Roast chocolate toffee caramel aroma. Roast chocolate coffee caramel flavor. Full body moderately low carbonation. 8/5/9/4/16 4.2
