Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

On tap at Schiller Bräu, München, Saturday 11th May 2019. Pours hazy and murky orange/gold with a white fine creamy bubbled head. Typical wheatiness and a little banana on the nose. Soft in the mouth and whilst this appears to tick the right wheat beer boxes it is however a little thin, it's refreshing and served well and a nice temperature, it is just in need of a little more flavour.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy, orange color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is orange peel, unripe bananas, pine sol, and some off phenolics. Sweet, with an almost tart finish. Light to medium body, with a syrupy, acidic mouthfeel. This is a pretty rough hefeweizen.

Sample 0,1l (Fass)@Schiller Bräu: Golden, ocker, leichte Trübung, stabiler feinporiger Schaum; frische + fruchtige Nase, kräftige Hefearomen, kräftig Bananen, recht trocken, dezente Hopfennoten, trockene Zitrusnoten, Granny Smith; frischer + fruchtiger Körper, kräftige Hefearomen, cremig, kräftige Kohlensäure, recht trocken, dezente Hopfennoten, trockene Zitrusnoten, grüne Bananen; angenehmer trocken-fruchtiger Nachgang

Sampled @ BKL 2018. A hazy orange golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of phenols, banana. Taste of phenols, dry banana, not too sweet.

On tap at Schiller, Munich. Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Strong spicy aroma with clove and cinnamon along with ripe banana. Sweetish fruity flavour with banana and clove.
