This is the best beer so far. Perfectly balansed With lots of overything. Sadly its very hard to get this beer in Sweden. Well if you like dubbel or trippel IPA this is the one.

Bottle in Johan’s apartment after the first day of the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a lightly cloudy gold with a fine, white head. Caramel and toasty malts make up the bulk of the aroma, with some piney hops at the edges. Medium sweet flavor with plenty of woody, dirty and grassy bitters, along with some caramel sugars. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mild warmth on the finish, with light yeast, toast, slightly abrasive grass and pine. A bit more caramel maltiness than might be required, but that doesn’t spoil the beer.

Bomber bought @ Khioskh. Pours very hazy golden with a huge frothy goldenish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace and lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet and floral with cereal, caramel, orange peal, hay (silageish), dry soil, apricots, mandarin oranges, pine, toffee and dry old bread. Taste is sweet and very bitter with caramel, freshly cut grass, alcohol, pine, dry soil, apricots, peaches, sheet metal, orange peal, resin, bread and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is round, oily bitter, tiny watery, slightly boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with oily pine, grass, orange peal, lemon peal and caramel.

Hazy amber beer. Caramel malt nose. Softish palate. Hoppy but surprisingly mellow. There is plenty of hop here but just mellow grapefruit! Aniseed alcohol well blended in. Finishes a little dry and with a slightly warm afterglow. Drinkable but was expecting something with a lot more hop.

Herber, weich hopfiger Beginn. 11/9/11/11/9/11

65 cl bottle @ home, no BBE info found
Aroma is somewhat stale with hops, nettles, grass and some glue. Flavour has biscuits, hops, some caramel and glue. Hoppy, grassy finish. The hops are nice, but the glue is not.

660ml bottle

Pours light yellow with a medium foamy white head. Aroma of exotic fruits, hops, malts, grass and glue notes. Taste is sweet and malty with some fruity hops and grass. Long lasting bitter and grassy finish. Okay, quite malty IIPA.
