A dry-hopped lager whose crisp, clean base forms the perfect background for hops from another dimension to express their true character. Have a sniff and you’ll get the tangerine flavour of Mandarina Bavaria backed up the melon of, um, Huell Melon and the white wine waves of Hallertau Blanc.

33 cl. bottle @ de Zomer, West-Terschelling. Hazy yellow with a white head. Strong hoppy tropical fruit aroma. Medium bitter taste with a clean bitter finish. Very enjoyable IPL.

Hazy pale golden colour, huge frothy white head, good retention, patchy lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, tangerine, bready notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrusy, fruity, grassy. Mild bittersweet aftertaste, light orange pith, peppery note. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, refreshing and smooth, quaffable, nice IPL.

On tap at Helst. Golden colour, white head. Aroma is medium sweet, malty, grassy, light lemony, peach. Flavour is quite sweet, malty, grassy, also firm bitterness, light fruity, floral. Light bodied. Tasty.

Draught @ Landgang brewery, Hamburg. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, sweet fruity hops, peach, citrus, orange. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, fruit, citrus. Thin to medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish. 090219

Tap at Flink Gegist festival. Hazy golden with white head. Pineapple, dry malts, soft wheat, grassy, crisp pils malts, light flowers. Under medium sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied with a bit dry feel.

Tap at Flink Gegist Festival. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet and dry malts, light whimsical and fruity, tropical touch, moderate sweet and bitter. Under medium body and soft carbonation. Very easy drinker, wow.

Draft at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, lychee, peach, tangerine and starfruit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Draught @ Arendsnest. Cloudy golden color. Firm white head with good retention. Aroma's: grain, juicy fruit, aromahops. Retronasal: more hops and light bitterness. Flavor is mild bitter with a hint of malty sweetness. Light bodied. Long finish, slightly dry but mildly bitter. These Oedipus lagers are getting better and better.
