Our aromatic pilsner possesses a delicate malt flavor combined with a fine bitterness, derived from the highest quality hops from the Hallertau at a refreshing 30 IBU. The first impression on the palate is pleasant and satisfying, followed by the balanced bitterness and aroma of the hops, which is more floral than tart; with its luminously golden yellow color, this an impeccable example of a traditional Bavarian Pils.

500ml bottle into weizen glass. Crystal clear pale amber beer with large crown of foam and fine steady carbonation. Laces well. Sweet wheat nose with just a hint of peppery grain. Surprisingly flat mouthfeel. Slight sweet grain taste which becomes more bitter and grainy into the finish. Almost tastes like rye bread by the end. Looks magnificent, nice refreshing pils.

Sampled from tap at ’El Drapaire de la Cervesa Artesana’. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral and quite grassy aroma of fresh grass, citrus and some grains. A bit sweetish, slightly grainy, fruity-grassy and a bit floral taste of fresh grass, citrus and some grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. piwo swietnie wygladajace ladna zlocista barwa piana trwala i puszysta. Mnostwo babelkow. Zapach kukurydzy słodkiej, jabłka i trawy cytrynowej. Smak lekki orzezwiajacy lekko slodowy i lekko gorzki. Ogolnie jest sporo lepiej niż przy ostatnim piwie od Weihenstephan po którym się bardzo rozczarowałem. Klasyczny i jakościowy Pilsner
