500 ml bottle. Slightly unclear pale amber body with an off-white head. Aroma is dominated by malt, caramel and some ripe fruit. Flavor is also dominated by malt, lots of caramel, quite sweet, dry fruit, a hint of pine and moderate bitterness. Fine body, slightly oily and medium aftertaste with sweet malt and caramel. Not particular hoppy this one, but rather balanced and pleasant anyway.

Bottle. An unclear one, amber in color and with a dense, finger-thick beige head. Rather hoppy nose, lightly cheesy, with some citrus notes and pine cones. Almost toffee-ish maltyness. Full-bodied and soft on the palate, semi-sweet. Some sweetness in the flavor, caramel, piney and citrusy hops and a fine bitterness. Nothing extraordinary going on here, not at all, but at least it’s quite drinkable. Too malty I think. 131231

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable light beige head. Clear aroma of hops, with sweet notes of malt and caramel, and subtle citric touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with regular citric and grassy notes. Creamy mouthfeel. Subtle but unobtrusive alcohol notes. Bitter aftertaste. A nice beer but not as sweet as the vast majority of Double IPAs I have had.

Bottle @ home shared by Joes. Hazy orange color, small off - white head that leaves fair lacing. Smell malts, lightly hops, lightly sweet. Taste malts, some hops but as much as you would expect, lightly a sweet touch and lightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Quite decent, not bad at all.
