330ml bottle [Hail to the Queens, Tanja & Verena!]. Cloudy, dark goloden colour with small, frothy, rapidly diminishing and completely fading white head. Bready, doughy, pale malty aroma, a minimally spicy, fruity-veggy touch, somewhere in the melon, cucumber, pumpkin area. Taste is pale malty, minimally doughy, slightly malty-spicy, minimally peppery yeasty, rather neutral fruity-veggy substance, melon and cucumber again, minimally grassy, mildly bitter hoppy overtones; (grassy) hoppy finish. Not overly impressive in the end, but with a nicely cumulating grassy hop note.

Tap at the brewery. Aroma soft hoppy, spicy. Hazy golden colour. Taste nicely balanced, moderate honeyish maltiness, moderate bitterness, classic spicy noble hops. Balanced but very good. Light green apples. Overall good.

4th Oct 2014, drank up in the brewery on a special visit where we got to taste the ’wort’ as well as trying three of their regular brews and eating a Goulash meal. Came a hazy amber with a full white head. Aromas of hops, fresh bread and light malts. Taste was a blend of the aforementioned aromas and obviously fresh as were in the room where it was brewed. Bitter finish but otherwise a well balanced brew and most enjoyable.

Bottle 0,33l from brewpub. Low, but pleasant aroma of malt and floral hop. Gold color, cloudy, low carbonation. Flavor is rich, sweet, malt and hop in good balance, hop with very pleasant tones of spice and fruit, some citrus, grapefruit. Moderate bitterness. Medium bodied. Excellent czech pilsner.

Lightly hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is citrus, sweet, a bit of malt, lemon. Flavor is similar to aroma with strong citrus. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Bitter finish. Interesting and pretty good.
