Bottle. W/ brett. Delicious clean sour. Light peachy/apricotty flavours, balanced brett and sweetness. Just a nice basic sour, the kind you can drink a lot of.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max. Hazy golden with a white head. Great funky and sour aroma, fruity, citrus, a bit of vinegar. Flavor is funky, sour, lemony, with a vinegar note. Medium-bodied, quite spritzy. Really good and refreshing.

Bottle 310ml. [ As Tupiniquim Funky & Sour Ale ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, tart, grape, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart, grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151121]

Bottle, 4.5%. Clear golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, tart, lacto and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, baking yeast, lemon, lacto, grapefruit, over carbonated, sour and citric.

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, yeast, brett, sweet and tart fruit, grapes. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeasty, bretty, tart fruit, light vinegar, grapes. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 221115

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are brett, fruits, malt, lactose acid, yeast and hops. Nice and fruity with a pleasant sour finish.

Bottle. Gusher... hazy orange, quickly fading airy white head. Fruity, light bretty aroma. Sour flavour, vinous, sour berries, lemon and pineapple. Dry and tart.
