Bottle. Pours hazy nearly black with profuse, stable beige head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast and roast. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with notes of nuts and touches of malt and citrus. Bitter aftertaste with touches of roast. High carbonation. Decent.

Bottle, 7.5%. Roasted and slightly hoppy aroma. Almost black colour, clear with a red shine. Very big stable rocky light brown head. The flavour is roasted with a hint of salty liquorice. Jammy and citric from the hops. A fruity citrus note. Good.

Bottle at Leighton’s thanks to Cloin. It pours darkest brown with a massive tan head. The aroma is rich, roasted malt, berry skin, jammy fruits, berry, sherbet, candy and Victoria sponge. The taste is smooth, bitter, rich roasted malt, cocoa, brown bread, fruit cake, jammy berry and Victoria sponge. Medium body and foamy carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff. Solid cda.

Bottle shared in W2 - thanks to Cloin. Pours deep brown with a creamy, tan head. Floral hops in the nose, perfume, pine, light roast. Light-medium sweet flavor with burnt wood, earth, more pine, faint cocoa, orange rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous to close, with burnt grains, grass, leathery berries. Alright.

Dark brown, seems clear. Offwhite head. Aroma starts off with chocolate and light licorice notes and then comes a lot of wood with light smoky notes. Good roasted flavour with hops, light licorice notes and wet wood. And I still get a light whiff of smoke. Smooth and very drinkable. Nice.
