Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Hazy, golden-amber with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, toffee, fruits, light citrus and floral hops. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with caramel malts, spicy and toffee. Too much toffee to be a good IPA - however, still well made.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy pale amber, rich, firm head. Floral grapefruit aroma. Dryish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Saturated with aromatic hops - roses, lychee and grapefruit. Really bitter finish that sets in early. A nice, albeit near aggressive modern style hoppy ale.

500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgaard. ABV is 5.6%, OG 1055, FG 1012, IBU 45. Malts are pale, rye, biscuit, cara, wheat. Hops are Kohatu, Pacific Gem, Pacific Jade, Galaxy and Cascade. Hazy deep golden colour, large white head. Very nice aroma of NZ and US hops, notes of tropical fruits and citrus, some sweetish malts and bread dough in the background. The flavour is first fruity but dry, then a fairly massive bitterness takes over, without sufficient malts to back it up. Peppery and very bitter finish. In between I had hoped for more hop complexity, which unfortunately does not come through.

Tap@Voldby Ølmesse. A very dry bitterness with a sour aftertaste. Color is amber with a white head.

Bottled@CPH BF 2013. Slightly hazy goldeny orange colour with a small head. Aroma is quite fruity, nectary, a bit catpissy with some maltyness as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy, sweet malty with some slight herbal notes.

Bottle. Mild hoppy aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is hoppy, mild grassy hop note. Creamy finish with a rough hoppiness.
