So hieß es einst, als das Bier in unserer Schlosswirtschaft noch aus der Kanne ausgeschenkt wurde. Viele Gäste kamen nur wegen des guten Hellen, das es hier gab.
Nicht wenige aber auch wegen der feschen Liesl. So war es kein Wunder, dass bald beide, die Liesl und das Brauhaus mit seinem Bier, weit über die Grenzen von Moos bekannt und die Liesl für viele Jahre zum Markenzeichen der Brauerei wurde.
Dieses Original Helle gibt es jetzt wieder und die gute Mooser Liesl als Original- Marke auch. Heute wie damals, mit speziellen Malzsorten & Naturhopfen vollendet gebraut, macht dieses Bayrisch Helle den Biergenuss zu einem unvergleichlichen Geschmackserlebnis.

Dorada limpia de abundante espuma blanca de retención media. Aroma a grano. Ligera en boca. De paso fácil. Muy bien de gas, amargor escaso. Sabor malteado, de carácter cereal con contrapunto ligeramente seco y especiado. Muy bebible.

Best before 01/24, from one coop. Tasting this bottle yesterday, at night after a hot and nice afternoon at Pully with my son. Typical helles, brewed on the German way, bready, malty, smooth, sweet with a classical and floral touch of hop, honest, 07.09.24, at Epalinges.

Bottle from afriend, many thanks. Pale golden color with medium white ehad. Aroma of oxidized malt, DMS, Diacetyl, Acetaldehyd. Taste is copy paste.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Grainy malty aroma with straw, gentle grassy noble hops. Mild sweet flavour with a light bitterness. Medium body. Satisfactory Hellles.
