So hieß es einst, als das Bier in unserer Schlosswirtschaft noch aus der Kanne ausgeschenkt wurde. Viele Gäste kamen nur wegen des guten Hellen, das es hier gab.
Nicht wenige aber auch wegen der feschen Liesl. So war es kein Wunder, dass bald beide, die Liesl und das Brauhaus mit seinem Bier, weit über die Grenzen von Moos bekannt und die Liesl für viele Jahre zum Markenzeichen der Brauerei wurde.
Dieses Original Helle gibt es jetzt wieder und die gute Mooser Liesl als Original- Marke auch. Heute wie damals, mit speziellen Malzsorten & Naturhopfen vollendet gebraut, macht dieses Bayrisch Helle den Biergenuss zu einem unvergleichlichen Geschmackserlebnis.

500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Covering white head, bright late straw coloured body, laces fine. Subdued grassy-pale malty nose. Decent taste profile of noble hops, cereal malts, and slightly honeyed sweet ripe fruits. Rather short malt-hoppy ending with discreet bitterness. Soft on the swallow. Quite alright with our Yonas pizza. (Tromsø, 13.05.2023).

Lys stråfarget. Høyt luftig kritthvitt skum som daler sakte. Lett gressaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken korn & gress. Søt. Lett bitter avslutning.

Klar ys brun med hvitt skum. Lukter malt, honning og litt urter. Maltpreget og ganske godt med kullsyre. Lettdrikkelig og frisk.

6-5-7-3-14 Bottle, ten months before bbd. Pours clear yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread, hay and honey, as well as floral hops. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread hay and honey, as well as herbal hops with grassy minerals.

Bottle (from KCM Keskusta, Vaasa). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some floral and mild sewer. Flavour is crisp malts, some floral, herbal and grassy tones with a mellow bitterness to it. Smooth and excellent with pizza.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a clear golden colour with a large fluffy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, white bread and a touch of lemon. Taste is toasty grains, doughy bread, lemon, floral, herbal and some peppery spice. Malty with hardly any bitterness. Fairly dry finish. Medium body and a spritzy palate. Good Helles.
