Bottled. Deep amber colour with a beige head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is caramel, some toffee, mild herbs, some peat and leathery spiciness. Flavour is sweet caramel, toffee and some nutty tones with mild leathery and spicy tones. Quite sweet, and also a slight stinging alcohol sweetness in the finish.

Slainte!

Thanks to djoeye for sharing a 330ml bottle, #77. Ruby-dark reddish body colour. Decent fawn coloured head. Fair lacing. Smell of marmalade, sherry-like. Sweet malt-fruity flavours, caramel malts, sherry, and dried fruits. Sweet ending. Rather heavy to drink. Nice, warming sipper, however, far too sweet for a higher score (Tromsø 11.10.2015).
