Double rating because UT vintage system is FUBAR. Sweet, honey, alcohol, sugary, malty, cardboard, aftershave.

Bottle (thanks to my parents!). Ambery brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel, alcohol, some slight bready tones. Flavour is caramel, alcohol and some mild sweet fruity and bready tones. Cheapo feel to it. Kind of cheapo dunkel meeting some stronger alcohol...

Bottle kindly delivered by Dejan, thanks pal! Greek brewery no.11 Pours headless amber. Boozy on nose. And tongue. Some barley feel. Sweetish. Nah. It's like lager on steroids as we are used to in Aisa maybe. Or belgian strong? Where's my barley wine?

Süsses, schweres Gebräu, für mich mehr Honey Beer als Barleywine, aber durchaus lecker

Bottle on the Island of Corfu, summer of 2017. Ruby red to brown, minimal head. Dried fruits, cherry jam, caramel, light honey, lightly nutty, but mostly fruity. Mostly dry, sweet emerges afterwards. Alcohol present, strong, kinda sticky texture, medium body, moderate carbonation, moderately lasting dry finish. Low honey presence, otherwise a good barleywine.
