Continuing our exploration on the base of our bold American Imperial Stout infused with cold-brew coffee, we are proud to present Vanilla PM Dawn. We took our base recipe then slightly dialed back the ratio of cold brew Italian Roast from Barrington to allow the heavy dose of vanilla bean to balance the beer and perfectly accentuate its flavor profile.
Vanilla PM Dawn presents an opaque black with brown head and lacing. On the nose, an inviting freshly, roasted dark coffee aroma draws you in as highlights of Madagascar vanilla and burnt sugar syrup entice the palate. The flavor profile displays vanilla lattes, pot de crème, dried red fruit, molasses, and bitter baking chocolate.

Can shared by Adam, thanks! Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice rich coffee with some roast and a bit of vanilla underlying. Flavor has rich coffee with strong roast and a bit of bitter chocolate plus some vanilla backing.

4 oz. draft at Open Door. Shows an opaque brownish-black, with a persistent parfait of brown stout foam. This is the biggest vanilla nose of any stout claiming vanilla notes that I can remember having. But it's still not overdone. Taste brings up sightly bitter roast coffee notes, still some sweetness, for the tota; experience of a Kahlua. There's also a bit of creaminess that adds to a nice, silky texture. Another excellent deep stout for the season.

Pours black with a thin brown head. Aroma of coffee, espresso, hints of vanilla. Taste has rich toffee notes, burnt caramel, lots of vanilla. Palate has nutty note that lingers on the tongue, rich chocolate notes. Excellent.

16 oz can from Brendan, thanks man! Consumed 8/28/20, canned 6/11/20. Pours a dark brown color with a thin brown head and minimal lace. Lots of roasted coffee, some vanilla. Not a ton else going on, but its pretty good. Nice mouthfeel. Hides the ABV mostly. Fairly dry, roasty finish. Tasty overall.

Can shared at Kim Jong Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam. Black with a thin tan head. Aroma of big coffee, roast, vanilla, fudge, milk chocolate and brownies. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.
