Bottle, from a Coop in the Mesocco Valley. Typically Swiss premium lager: Corny, more malts than hops but both on a low level, quite refreshing through carbonation, yet not particularly dry, metallic. This one’s also a bit buttery and has some onion spiciness. Meh.

Appearance: Light golden, clear. Thin layer of off-white head. Aroma: Grains, with our friends hops and malt somewhere in the mix. Taste: Malt, hops and slight grains. Alright, but boring like the St Gotthard Tunnel compared to the Old St Gotthard Pass. Info: 330ml bottle, 15/2-2014, BB: 5/8-2014

Blond color. Light aroma of cereals. The mouthfeel is dry, with some malt and cereals flavor. Maybe some hops can be perceived. Common.

bottle from Drinks of the world Basel, courtesy of Allen, Merci! Clear pale golden colour, mid-sized white head. Grainy-dusty nose. Rather light-bodied, shy malty base with hints of dust. Hops with a harsh bitter-dusty character beldn in. Quite interesting.
