This dark lager is produced based on an original recipe using water, three types of special malts and hops. The balanced mix of carefully chosen ingredients lends the lager its typical malt caramel flavour and aroma. This dark lager is sweeter with fine medium to high bitterness. Its deep dark colour and rich foam underline the overall impression that the lager is intended for gourmets.

Bottle from Cuso, thanks! Dark brown color. Roast, malt and maple syrup in the aroma. Malty bready roasty flavor with maple syrup. Plums and apple. Sweetish, medium to full bodied. Nutty. Grassy hops shimmering through. Nice!

Very dark, practically black beer, when filled with brownish foam, which is a fairly well-developed, oily surface. Caramel aroma and coffee, as it warmed up. Light body, earthy, coffee. A dry, good, base brown. Not outstanding. It's a good lager.

Nagyon sötét gyakorlatilag fekete sör, kitöltéskor barnás habbal, ami elég jól előhívható, olajos felszín . Földes, karamelles illat, majd amint melegedett, kávés is. Nem túl testes, földes, kávés, száraz jó alap barna. Itatja magát, de nem kiemelkedő. Lágernek nagyon jó.

From the can. Brown with a frothy, beige head that fades quickly but not completely. Mild whiff of caramel, smoke and cardboard. The taste saves the beer from a fatal dive into mediocrity: smokey, full of tobacco, toast and toffee. Body is medium, oily, carbonation is mild. Not bad in the end for simple, everyday drinking.

Can. Pours almost black with a beige head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, artificial sweetener, berry notes, caramel, nuts. Taste follows with some coffee notes, a bit metallic. Finish is sweet and roasty.

0.5 l can from local 'Billa', best before May 2019. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, moderately roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa and some toasted nuts with hints of coffee. Moderately sweet, malty, quite roasty taste of coffee, cocoa, some licorice and a touch of toasted nuts, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, quite earthy-dry finish and minimally metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid, great bargain.

500ml can kindly shared by djoeye. Close to black body, fawn-coloured head, scattered lacing. Roasted malt-fruity nose. Hints of cocoa and prunes to the flavour character. Roasted ending. Fair enough. (Rating session with Finn and djoeye, Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 25.09.2017).
