A blonde ale with a deep golden colour. An internation-ale inspired by the American pale ales. It has American and New Zealand hops, brewed with German, British and Belgium malts. From the intense scent of citrus, sensations are initially sweet to the palate and subsequently a pleasant love.

Bottle. It’s an almost clear one, golden in color and with a dense, two-finger sized off-white head. Some lacings. It’s citrusy and piney on the nose, with a touch of pale malts. A bit weak and one dimensional I think, both in the aroma and the flavor. Citrus peel, oranges and pine cones. Medium body, dry and pleasantly carbonated. Lasting lightly bitter finish with citrus peel and pine cones. An easy drinkable one, although a bit one dimensional. 141220

10.11.2014, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Small slightly bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh floral, flowers, weeds, grapefruit, yeast, leafs, wet grain, hay. Taste is dry, hay, weeds, leafs, light malts, flowers, paper. Medium bitterness, watery mouthfeel. So boring, and not even close to being an IPA...
