500ml bottle. Clear, dark chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Rather weak, sweet-ish, dark malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, a minimally doughy, yeasty touch. Taste is sweet, dark and caramel malty, hints of malt lozenge, some caramel, dark caramel, dry, roasty overtones. Sugar-charged watery texture, smooth palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Quite sweet but not completely out of balance - decent.

Dark brown color. Bottle @ the skilift in Lermoos. Indifferent slightly malty aroma with a hint of chocolate. Malty sweet flavor with chichory, caramel and chocolate. Tastes a bit like a Dutch oud bruin with more alcohol.

Clear deep brown with a large and long-living ivory head. Aroma: toasted malts, raw water, dried fruit, light treacle. Medium minus body. Taste: medium sweet, malty, burnt sugar, toast, burnt bread crust. Low to light bitterness. Not entirely pure and too sweet in my opinion.

18.09.2018 -- 0.5l bottle from billa in linz, bb 12.2018. pours almost black with a medium beige head. aroma of toasted malts, caramel. flavour of raisins, caramel, chocolate, fruits, christmas cake. sticky-sweet. very much like a malta.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, moderate roasting, fruit and toffee. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of caramel and touches of yeast. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, with estery notes and bitter touches of hops. Sweet, malty and caramellish aftertaste. Well, drinkable but rather sweet.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are toasted malt, caramel, fruits, nuts and hops. Sweet finish.
