A blonde beer, fruity, hazy yellow in colour, toned slightly acidic due to the grain and apples used, creates a particularly refreshing taste. The alcohol content is balanced, with a pleasant body, making it versatile with a combination of foods. A long maturation time allows the beer to refine and enhance its fragrance and aroma. Made with Senatore Cappelli wheat and 2% Casolan apples.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 10/02/13. Thanks to Sue for letting me pinch her beer a few times to rate it on her birthday! Hazed golden amber with a thin white head that clears to the edge. Nose is yeast esters, fruits, apple, pears, light perfume notes. Taste comprises orchard fruits, yeast, sugars, citrus notes, lemon, spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Ok and drinkable fayre - not really my bag.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a shortlived white head. Aroma is mild fruity, yeasty, vague metallic and spiced. Classic Belgian wit is the first impression: spiced, mellow yeasty and wheaty. Slight phenolic note mixed with a subdued estery touch. Light fruity note. Ends mixed sweet and dry phenolic.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Fruity yeast aroma, with a bubblegum note. Sweet fruity flavour with lots of yeast character, but not enough to kill the flavour

RBESG 2010, bottle at Brasserie 4:20
Muddy blond color. Besides the nice label, it’s just another simple Belgial Ale, with some spice character, but also too much yeast. Low bitterness.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of spices, fruit, nutmeg, ginger, and peaches. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices among them some lavender combined with notes of peaches and yeast as well as a light note of milk, leading to a dry spicy finish. Very mild.
