Bottle, thanks Simon for muling this to Croatia. Shared with Sandi SD and HRABRENIČĆ! Chestnut body, thick, lasting off white head. Yeasty, sweetish aroma, bit dry, more yeasty than malty, not great. Very much yeasty, stale taste, some clean maltiness. Too dry to be moreish in the end. Messy. Well... not great.

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko and Anna God. Thanks! Hazy dark amber, medium off-white head. Toasty, spicy and light fruity aromas. Yeasty, phenolic, plastic, harsh toasted notes. Light body, soft to moderate carbonation, lousy finish.

Pours with a reasonable head and darker brown body, a bit of translucency, but not much. I still wonder if that chick in the art gallery digged me. Probably not. But I need to hold on to something, there are a few Slovenian models around here that would make Trump jealous. A few others - well, not so much. This stuff stinks of your usual hoppy dark bread, sugar, sharp notes, kind of a dark IPA vibe going on. However, the flavour has much to be desired - just a bunch of watered down sugar syrup and suggestions of something else. The soft malt aroma and all that. This is boring, a kind of red beer that would not pass muster in other parts of the world. So they appeal to nationalism, maybe that will help alleviate the opinions of the visitors.

Bottle courtesy of MarkoNm. Pours dark amber / brown with a long lasting slightly creamy off-white to beige head. Aroma of prunes, raisin, ripe plums, chocolate, brown sugar, malt and berries. Medium sweetness, light to moderate and slightly unpleasant bitterness. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation. Nice aroma and appearance, but falls a bit short overall.

Tap. Ruby brown color with white head. Aroma is caramel, bready, some grassy and leafy hops, chocolatey. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok.

Bottle, 0.33l. Deep ruby pour with two finger beige head, thick and creamy, long lasting. Lots of yeast floating in the glass. Nose is rich and malty, toffee notes, roasted. Liquory with herbal background. Somewhat thin body and texture. Soft carbonation, going down quite smoothly. Interesting taste, starts off somewhat tart, goes into malty sweetness and finishes with some light bitterness. Nicely balanced. Aroma also very nice, lots of malty notes, roasted, slight toffee. Herbal liquor, woody. Slight cherry tartness. Berries. Mouthfeel is surprisingly boozy, relatively low ABV considered. Slightly dry finish. Overall, quite tasty. Lacking in body a bit, sure, but otherwise very good. Will definitely go back to this one.

Bottle, 0.50l. Pours dark brown color with thin soapy tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of toasted malt, mild chocolate, nuts, caramel, honey and dark fruit. Taste starts with medium sweet chocolate, nuts and caramel, follows with just more malt, then a bit grassy and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is medium bitter. Light to medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Very malt oriented beer, bittering hops felt, but certainly no aromatic hops inside...

Pours dark brown with ruby undertone and topped with non-lasting beige head. Gentle malty nose with caramel and dry fruits, some berry feel in there as well. Medium body, very smooth. Mild initial sweetness with gentler bittery touch. Slight roasty feel in the aftertaste. Slightly peppery in the fiish. Simple and easily drinkable. Though nothing special.
