12oz. can at the Cigar City brewpub, Tampa Airport F Airside. Very light yellow/gold, no hear but a little bit of visible carbonation. Aroma is mostly caramel and graham cracker crust. I'm getting the addition of the tart apple in the sweetish taste. Perfectly judged. Light sourness in the finish, more fruited caramel pops up in the aftertaste. Low to medium carbonation.

Draught@CBC2016. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is cinnamon, apple, vanilla and some mild floral notes. Flavour is vanilla, cinnamon, some apple as well as mild toffee.

Tap @ CBC16. Pours clear light golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste os cinnamon, apple pie, red sweet apples, subtle tart apples.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is rich apple, medium body, lower carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is rich apple pie, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Really good cider.

On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is extremely sweet, with sweet apple pie and artificial sweetness. Flavour is very sweet, with sweet apple pie, a touch of cinnamon and toffee. Very sweet and without much depth, but it's very drinkable. Meh.

Draft @ Cajun Café on the Bayou. Paille doré; pas de col. Arôme de tarte au pomme, quoi de plus, note de fines effluves acerbes de pommes vertes, sucre brun caramélisé. Palais est crisp, apple cobbler, tarte au pomme de grand-mère avec un petit côté de cannelle, et un fini apple crunch vert rafraichissant. Usage d'extracts pour le caramel?
