0,5 l bottle. Clear golden in the glass, mighty but short living white head. Grassy sourness at the nose. Starts sweetsour malty, followed by a grainy sequence. A little bit scratchy in the middle part but easy to drink.

Catch up rating. Poured a golden color, medium thick head which faded, kept some lacing which in turn also faded, clear. Aroma was malt, and caramel with some slight hop. Tasted apple and malt, was slightly peppery, finish was slightly bitter sweet. Initially well carbonated but lost some of it’s gas, body was medium to thick, smoothed out over time. Unspectacular but solid Festbier which bordered a lower ABV Heller Bock.

0.5l bottle. Clear yellow body, white head. Aroma of bread, hints of peppery booze, floral hops and some cloves. Taste of bread and some floral hops. Medium carbonation, weak body. It’s not bad, but lacks the character.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, würzig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Das ganze Bier ist ziemlich süffig-muffig. Leichte süßliche Nuancen sind wahrnehmbar. Der Nachgeschmack ist sehr kurz, ja viel zu kurz. Insgesamt leicht herb-wässrig und metallisch-komisch…

Bottle. Pours clear pale goldn with airy white head. Clear, paper-like, hoppy and yeasty aroma. Bitter, hoppy flavour with an agreeable paperlike finish. Tastes quite like Kölsch. OK but nothing revolutionary.
