Bottled, from Systembolaget. Almost clear golden, mid sized head. Aroma of sweet red apples and grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with apples, hay and notes of sassafrass. Mid bitter finish. On the sweet and fruity side.

Bottle 50 cl. Comes as Hallertauer Zwickel - brewed in Wolnzach, Germany. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a rich, white head. Lovely grainy German nose. Medium body, sweet malt, floral hops, a little wort-like character with very subdued bittering hops. About as classic as it can possibly be for the style. Nice. 070719

Flaska från SB. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Bröd, jäst och och säd i doft och smak. Mjuk och len, rund smak, lätt beska, säd, jäst och lite frktu i eftersmaken. Relativt stiltypisk och inte långt efter klassiska tyska bryggerier. Mycket gott.
