Bottle, at Ølfestival 2011. It pours a clear, reddish amber body under a dense, small, light beige head. Resiny and piney nose with lots of maltyness and some caramel roastyness. Sugar, caramel and maltyness in the flavor, as well as pine cones and resin. Bitter and sweet. Full-bodied and almost sticky, as well as almost astringent from the hops. Bitter finish. A nice one, but far from numero uno. 110528

10 cl. sample from bottle at DØE tasting - 10 best new danish beers 2010. Amber colour with a long lasting beige head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, grapefruits and some burned malts. Taste is bitter but still with some fruits. A very complex beer, with a long lasting finish. Nice.

Clear dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty and very hoppy - grapefruit and citrus. Flavor is rather sweet and very bitter. Dry and bitter finish. 280810. I also had this on 160211, where it had lost a lot of the hoppy aroma. My rating is based on my first try.
