[ As Randers Spin Doctor ].Unclear medium to dark amber - red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, caramel, nutty, moderate hoppy, fruity, light citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, burnt - caramelized caramel - sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140726]

Bottle as Rhode Island Red. Will check if it is the same beer. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark sugar and dark malts. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish. Not very harmonic. Rough bitterness. 250714

Tap @ Fermentoren. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are candy sugar, nuts, fruits, roast malt, burnt caramel and hops.
