The Dancer - podręcznikowe podejście do belgijskiego Witbiera. Cudownie zwiewne, jasne piwo z wybijającym się na pierwszy plan aromatem skórek cytrusów i przypraw: kolendry i fenoli od pracy drożdży. Wytrawny charakter podkręca jego pijalność - wystarczy tylko kilka drobnych kroczków, by osuszyć całą butelkę.

Foggy, light yellow beer with quite a high head and a fair amount of lacing.
It has a weird aroma — like soap, but in a good way. Or maybe like female perfume. Or flowers! It’s rosy! That’s a very unusual aroma palette for me. It also has some herbal hints. I can’t smell the lemongrass and yeast they mention on the can, but I can smell banana.
This beer has such a rich aroma, and at the same time it doesn’t smell heavy.
It tastes sweet and fruity, pleasantly acidic, and not bitter at all.
It’s so unique! Love it.

500ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy as well as minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of mirabelle, apricot, some orange, whiffs of chamomile and wasabi, unpleasant, sulphureous whiffs of egg as well. Taste is wheaty and minimally oaty malty, yeasty fruity and mildly bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally yeasty spicy, hints of mirabelle, apricot, some chamomile, a touch of orange, some residual sweetness, weak, sulphureous egg interference again.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy-foamy carbonation.
Largely nice composition, sadly some annoying sulphureous/egg flavours - not thoroughly enjoyable.

Straw-colored with a frothy, white head. Fermenting white wine aroma that’s a bit reminiscent of Federweißer. Apricot. Spiced pears. Taste is bitter, yeasty, bready. Very faint tartness. Medium-bodied. Chewy. Good.

Bottle from a local supermarket in Kluczbork. Looks really interesting. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Fresh sweetish-spicy aroma. Starts mild but not washy, mild malty, light wheaty-salty note, spicy background. Finish well balanced, sweetish-malty background, grainy part. Nice!
