1/12/2018. Bottle courtesy of Boris and shared at the 1st Kesgrave 50/50 bottle share. Pours cloudy pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, fruit, hops, caramel and yeast. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Malty, caramel finish.

My thanksgiving beer. Drier than expected, with a moderate bitterness, light caramel and grassy elements with a hint of bubblegum and weak phenols. Less interesting than I'd hoped. Appealing copper color.

Smell - quite weak, bit of roast and maybe chocolate or caramel. Foam - thin to medium thick, little watery feeling, but not really watery, little to no carbonation, almost no taste. Not huge yellow/amber white color. Taste - little carbonation, generally sweet, but weak sweetness, little bitterness in back, and bit more in aftertaste, very drinkable and not bad. Color - amber, clear

DØE. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, spices, caramel, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, spices, medium sweet, yeast, medium bitter and a little dry.

[ As Two Brothers Domaine DuPage ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, sweet malt, hay, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, hay, bread, straw, sweet malt, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at KCBD18. Citric and fruity aroma, perhaps a little cherry or something. Almost clear, shiny, dark red copper colour. Small off-white head. The flavour has a mild dark caramel note. A little vinous, faintly oxidised. Well-balanced.

Gylden brun klar med lavt beige skum. Lukter sirup, gresskar, brent karamell og noe trevirke. Middels fylde. Lite bitterhet, noe brent karamell, pepper, svisker og gresskar. Middels lang.
