Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. OIly palate. A little messy.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, hops, fruits and spices.

Bottled:
Colour is dark copper brown, head is small and creamy. Chocolate and toffee on the nose. Flavour is dark berries, toffee, some chocolate and liquorice. A bit watery.

Bottle. Pours red brown and dead looking. Berries, coffe, hops and squash. A bit sharp and strange.

Bottle. This is a light beer in many aspects, but with a quite heavy malt profile. The hops are trying to do its thing but there is just something wrong with the balance in this - redbrown - pale ale. Yet an interesting brew.

Clear dark red color with a small dense head. Quite sweet malty aroma with caramel, wood, berries. Easy to drink with notes of fruit, berries, grass and caramel. Light body and not very carbonated. Dry mouth feel.

At brewery from tank 20091014 A bit foggy, golden in colur, Blackcurrant aroma + sweetness. Fudge and hops in flavor and fine bitterness.

500ml Bottle (Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm) - Hazy amber/copper in colour. Spic malt and fruit in the aroma with raisins and caramel. Fruity taste with a hint spice and notes of caramel, raisins and nuts.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm
Hazy blond color. I don’t know if it was intended or not, but the earthy and manure character of the aroma, even sharper in the flavor, is really interesting, and makes of this smooth, bitther Golden Ale one of my favorites from Ocean.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, on 2009-07-28) Amber and clear. Small white head. Malty and fruity aroma. Medium bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Malts, grain, fruitiness, bitterness and grass in taste. Malty aftertaste.
