Dieses Pils besticht vor allem durch seine enorm animierende Trinkigkeit und Frische. Große Mengen verschiedener Aromahopfensorten verleihen ihm tiefgründige Aromenkonzentration, ohne zu kräftige Bittere am Gaumen zurückzulassen.
In der Nase dominiert frischer, grün-ätherischer Hopfen, begleitet von feiner Zitrus- und Pink-Grapefruit-Frische. Durch die Kombination unterschiedlicher Hopfensorten und die Verbindung von Zitrusfruchtigkeit mit grünen, ätherischen Kräutern erscheinen immer neue Aromen in der Nase.
Am Gaumen überzeugt schlanke Frische und Spritzigkeit jeden Pilstrinker. Klare, feine Fruchtigkeit bleibt dezent im Hintergrund, um sofort für volle, grüne Hopfenaromatik Platz zu machen. Die Fruchtigkeit wird durch eine minimale Gabe amerikanischen Aromahopfens noch potenziert, ohne die Bitterkeit alleine in den Vordergrund zu stellen. Auch im Abgang elegant balanciert, dominiert immer noch animierende Aromatik mit ätherisch-grünen Hopfennoten und präzis-schlanker Finesse.

50cl swing top bottle from the brewery. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild fruity hops, ananas, grains. Taste of mild fruits, ananas, mango, grains, very good drinkable, delicious!

Draft @ Fränkisches Bierfest, Nürnberg. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy finish.

Vom Faß auf dem Fränkischen Bierfest, Nürnberg, 21.6.2014 (als „Pils naturtrüb“). - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase duftig süßliche tropische Frucht: Melone, Mango, auch Gras. - Schlanker Antrunk mit aromatisch zitrusfruchtigem, nicht zu herbem Hopfen (Mandarine). Zarte Malzsüße, ein wenig Honig, eingebettet in Hefe. Mild rezent, leicht kreidiges Mundgefühl. Schön grasig-zitroniger Nachtrunk von mittlerer Bittere und zarter Schärfe. - Vorzügliches Bier, hoch aromatisch aber nicht ganz pilstypisch gehopft - Kellerbier trifft es eher. Mein Favorit vom diesjährigen Bierfest.

Bottle. Dry fruity yeast and hop note, grass, minerals. Cloudy yellow, white head. Medium light citric body, good leafy grassy citric hops, light clay. Earthy grass aftertaste.

Eässrig herber Antrunk, in dem der Hopfen so gut wie nichts zu melden hat. Die Aromenarmut bleibt leider erhalten, sowieso ist nur die Herbe präsent, die sich immerhin spät verändert und wenig Hopfigkeit aufweist. Dennoch monoton, nicht einmal wirklich spritzig. Langweilig. 8/5/7/4/7/6

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Yeasty and slightly sour doughy pale malty aroma with a tinge of draff, as well as citric and herbal hops. Quite bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly yeasty and mildly malty taste with notes of draff and herbal accents; dry and moderately bitter and herbal hoppy finish with citric spots. A roughly hopped Zwickel-Pils. Good. 11.XI.10

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A hazy yellow beer with microfloaties and and white head. The aroma is fruity and a bit citrusy, pale malts as well. Fruity, wheaty flavor, grainy, with some bitterness. Medium body and a fruity and bitter finish. Some lacto in this one? Anyway, far from a favorite of mine, but quite drinkable. 090821

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration.
