Oneida is Hallertau Blanc-centric. The bright tropical fruit and lemongrass notes give it an uber-pungent aroma, with the grapefruity citrus of Cascade providing a touch of balance. We've also added experimental hop variety 05256 to the mix, adding a nice hop complexity while keeping it a drinkable pale ale. While more aggressively bitter than Fortunate Islands, Oneida still has a light body and moderate ABV. We're considering making Oneida our spring seasonal, but that's all kind of up in the air.

(Can) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, passion-fruit, pine needles, honey and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with passion-fruit, grapefruit, gooseberries, mango, white bread, biscuits, honey and a mild floral, herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Can, poured up at the North Park tasting room, where it exhibits a slightly hazy deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up a bit of a wheat and then a banana note sliding into floral hops and citrus hops. The taste delivers smooth yet modestly bitter citrus hops to start. It then picks up additional notes of wheat and faint banana. Toward the finish a pleasing thin bitter floral like hops that are providing just enough semblence of a balance to really work here. Darn fine Pale.

White frothy head stayed on a hazy, finely carbonated light golden body. Hoppy citrus aroma with pine & general bitterness. Medium bodied, crisp, clean & soft on the palate. Pine, citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, pepper tastes & quite spicy

Can from the Brewdog Online Shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of citrus, pine, blossom. Faint though. Taste is more of a line zest vibe, a little thin, but the balance is good, overall.

Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Nice hoppy intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. Ok bitterness versus sweetness. Grapefruit hoppy, fruity, mellow malty and pine in the flavor. Lasting tail. Nice tasty stuff.
