Oneida is Hallertau Blanc-centric. The bright tropical fruit and lemongrass notes give it an uber-pungent aroma, with the grapefruity citrus of Cascade providing a touch of balance. We've also added experimental hop variety 05256 to the mix, adding a nice hop complexity while keeping it a drinkable pale ale. While more aggressively bitter than Fortunate Islands, Oneida still has a light body and moderate ABV. We're considering making Oneida our spring seasonal, but that's all kind of up in the air.

Can. Hazy light amber. Just a thin head. Thereβs some nice peachy hop notes, a touch of honey, but also a fair bit of chewy malts and stale hops as well, so kind of a mix of good traits and less desirable ones. Decent body. Just a touch of chewiness, moderate bitterness. Light fruity hop. Itβs an okay pale - the malts are a bit assertive and the hops not quite as fresh as would be ideal.

On tap at the HandleBar, Boise. Hazy light orange with a full thick off white head. Lots of fresh hop aromas and flavors. Balanced and clean. Fairly agressive for a Pale. Quite good.

Can. A- Grassy, citrus. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Bitter, grassy, pine. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, dry bitter finish. O- I donβt know if I would call this sessionable. Itβs pretty grassy and bitter and fairly full bodied for a "light" pale ale. Pretty standard by my taste buds.

Sampled from the tap at the Lomaland location. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has notes of tropical fruits, green grapes and a bit of flora with grains backing. Flavor has light fruits with green grapes and light grains backing.
