Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - golden with steady bubbles and no head. Nose - dry apples, almost cooking apples. Taste - a bit sweeter, like fizzy apple sauce. Palate - close to medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - a solid cider. Prefer less carbonation.

500ml bottle from the producer @ Ludlow Spring Festival May 14, drunk in the garden one sunny evening. Pours clear gold, sweet and fruity with lots of sweet apple character. Very nice indeed.
