On keg, beer flight glass at Norwich Tap House. Fragile white head, clingy lacing, clear amber coloured body. Moments of grainy hops on the nose. Mixed taste of oily hops, almond and pale malts. Mid-sweet pale malty end. Soft in the mouth. Easy going. (10.07.2017).

Can from Tesco, Borehamwood. Golden-amber with a small head. Not a lot of lager character given its name, but it doesn’t disappoint with a good tropical fruitiness that’s best in its taste. Light textured.

Can from Tesco Amersham. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy short-lived white head. The aroma is malt, light floral citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light, watery, crisp, light fruit, metallic hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

33cl can from Tesco, Winkfield. A clear amber pour with a billowing white head; fruity hop aroma; fruity taste, but slightly soapy; with a dry floral hop finish. Exactly what I’d expect from a steam beer.
