Cider made the right way. Surplus unloved apples pressed in our London Cidery, blending cult classics like the tart as hell Bramley with sweet bombs like Gala and Braeburn. Our upcycled apple cider is perfectly bubbly, with zippy acidity, and banging out a wine-like finish. Stick it in the fridge and sip it chilled.

Can. Fruity dry beginning, easy to drink, apples, not too much rest sugar, fruity dry in the finish. Not too deep but nice sessionable.

Can @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata viva, limpida, brillante, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di mela, frutta gialla, leggero vinoso. In bocca è dolce, con chiusura secca. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Sidro discreto.

Clear golden body with a nice white head that fades pretty fast. Aroma is pretty straight forward apple, nothing special but nothing wrong either. Tastes like apple cider, medium sweet, medium acidic and rather straight forward all the way. Body feels medium as well together with an average aftertaste. Ok, easy drinkable apple cider without anything artificial or anything extra.

Hawkes Urban Orchard Apple Cider 4.5% A Seijo Ishii find, it’s a fizzy gold with an eggshell fizzy top that disappeared moments after being poured in my glass. Dry finish. The aroma is earthy cork and apples, more waxy than sweet. The taste is similar with a chalky/waxy apple thing. Not my cup of tea, it feels quite generic which shouldn’t surprise me from a konbini drink.

On tap at Brewdog Birmingham, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweetness and apple skins. Flavour is fairly sweet, with red apples, light skins. Ordinary but pleasant.

A good cider but still too sweet and apple forward for me. I might as well just eat an apple. Brewdog hamburg

0.33 l can from Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. Clear golden, minimal head. Aroma is light apple, apple juice. Very soft, watered down apple flavour. Soft to moderate carbonation. Light finish. No character.
