Bottled. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some roasted malts and mild toffee as well as some oats. Flavour is chocolate, liquorice, oats, mild vanilla, alcohol, wood and soe toffee tones,.

50cl bottle from a trade with fonefan, thanks! A very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of liquorice, sweet strong dark malt, some bourbon. Taste of sweet and strong dark malt, coffee, mild whiskey and liquorice. Good!

Aroma: Sweet roasted malt with fruity dark berries. Flavour: Dark roasted malt with oats and oak. Aftertaste is malty. Colour: dark reddish brown with an offwhite head.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours black with little beige head. Aroma of dark bread, chocolate, some fruity notes. Tastes bitter, with residual sweetness. Medium bodied, smooth mouth feel. Very nice.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar; Stavanger. ABV is 8.8%. OG 1098, FG 1054. IBU 45-50. Black colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of roast malts and whiskey, hints of woodwork, liquorice, chocolate and mild coffee. Slightly sweet flavour, again notes of roast malts and whiskey, also liquorice, dark chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Noticeable bittering hops in the finish. Good beer.

Bottle. Close to no head. Color is pitch oily black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, wood, coffee, chocolate and hops. Rich taste but hardly any carbonation.

Draft @ Ølfestival 2015. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty licorice and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty licorice chocolate and whisky flavor. Has a roasted malty licorice and chocolate finish with weak hints of whisky.
