Bottle in De Bierboom, Brugge on 14th May 2018. Blond body with a light orange leaning, white crown on top. Bread like aroma with a light citrus twist. Taste a bit boring for a 7% beer, some mild sweetness below a mini citrus flavour.

20/VI/17 - 33cl bottle from Zythos Bierfestival 2017 (Leuven) @ home - BB: XII/2018 (2017-933)

Little hazy deep orange beer, big fluffy irregular off-white head, pretty stable little adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, some caramel, hay, cow fodder, little fruity, yeast, some chlorine. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, pretty bitter, bit grassy, some citrus notes, little funky, touch of brett? Aftertaste: bitter, grassy, some citrus peel, slightly oxidized. Definitely one of the best beers I ever had from brouwerij Danny! (This one was brewed @ Danny for Ganzenhof)

At Zythos 2017. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is rather dirty malts, some stables. Body is light, crisply carbonated, little sweetness, citric, and rather refreshing. Dry palate. Good.

Pours clear blonde, big white head. Smell is bit malty, a sharp, funky sidenote. Taste is mild bitter, some crisp, malty, bit of yeast. A mild freshness ( spices, saaz hops etc pop in mind, but not sure if any of them are in here ) . A fine, light bitter ending. Some grainy alcohol in the back, but very very hidden. all in all - appart from the (what seems a bit off? ) ending flavor, a pretty OK beer.
