Bright golden colour with aromas of ripe apples. Soft mouthfeel and low acidity with a refreshing fruity finish. Very easy to drink, a real thirst quencher and great session material – to be drunk on a night out. Gently sparkling.

Keg at Heidrun, 29/07/17. Pale yellow with a vague head of bubbles that soon vanishes into the ether. Nose is corn, apple peel, straw, light floral notes. Taste comprises apple pie, moderately sweet, light wood. Medium bodied, fine to spritzy carbonation, drying close. Ok to average fayre.

Aus der Flasche im Loch Ness Pub Berlin im 2017-07 getrunken. Wunderbare Apfelnote wo die Säure durch eine honigartige Süsse eingefangen wird. Vollmundig und Lecker.

Awesome. Great sweet/tart apple complexity: light honey, medium-high sweetness; crisp/lightly tart finish. Delicious.

Keg at Sir Walter Scott, Edinburgh Airport. It pours clear pale greenish gold with a tiny white head. The nose is.soft, juicy, sweet apple, pear, melon, apple pie, caramelized sugars and fruit pie. The taste is sweet apple, light tartness, melon, honey, mild sugary, acidity, touch of mouth-pucker with a short, sweet apple finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. It’s a bit sweet for the likes of me, but a getting through a half was no bother.
